Courteous, kind, and competent. It was a pleasure working with the guys at Classic Soft Trim. They walked me through the installation process and provided thoughtful advice with design decisions. I never felt hurried. But when they did the work, they did it fast while I waited. I highly recommend CST!

Steve and Ben were great to work with. Matched the OEM leather to my 2025 F-150, scheduled me same week, in/out in 2 hours with heated seats installed. Very impressed with the leather quality and customer service was what is missing with businesses these days. Will be back for future needs and highly recommend!

What a terrific family owned company! I sent out many, many contact forms and Ben at Classic Soft Trim was one of only two people that bothered to reach back out to me. More importantly, he could have promised me that he could have done to my vehicle what I asked of him, but instead he educated me on the the pros and cons of what I wanted done. It turns out that my request was not the best strategy for my vehicle, but would have been big money for his company. But because Ben and this company have such high integrity, they advised me on a better solution and didn't make a dime. Highly recommend them!
